Welcome

With years of experience in the Lake Highlands, North East Dallas, Lakewood, White Rock Lake, Richardson, Garland and surrounding real estate markets my goal is to be of value to you whether you are looking to buy, sell, invest or lease a home in the area.

Buying a home? Most people today search on-line for homes using the myriad of search sites available. What has proven true is that in our crazy market having accurate up-to-date information on properties is very important.  Also, being prepared to buy when the right home is found is a must. My goal is to help you from both perspectives by providing the facts on any home of interest and assisting you in being ready to make that special purchase. Finding the home of your dreams is fun but takes some work. My desire is to help you minimize the use of your time and maximize the results from the beginning until the keys are in your hands.

Selling your home? The process of selling a home can be a trying time for any family. My goal is to help carry the load from start to finish. Having spent many years working the Lake Highlands, North East Dallas, Lakewood, White Rock Lake, Richardson, Garland, Plano markets I'll help you understand the best pricing plan for your property. Designing a custom marketing plan just for your home will help insure your home receives tremendous exposure in the marketplace.

Leasing a home? Just like for buying we have a great system to assist you in finding the right home to lease in the right location and at the right price.

If you're planning to sell your home in the next few months, nothing is more important than knowing a fair asking price. I would love to help you with a FREE Market Analysis. I will use comparable sold listings to help you determine the accurate market value of your home.

Sincerely,
Jim D Smith
